- Lightly flour a clean surface, roll out the pizza dough, and cut it into squares about two to three inches wide.
- Place a small spoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough square.
- Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni or your chosen filling on top of the sauce.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinch the edges tightly, and gently roll to seal.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each one.
- Lightly brush or spray the tops of the rolls with oil.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for seven to nine minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool briefly before serving.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the rolls to prevent cheese from leaking during cooking.
