  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded or cubed.
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Method

  1. Lightly flour a clean surface, roll out the pizza dough, and cut it into squares about two to three inches wide.
  2. Place a small spoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough square.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni or your chosen filling on top of the sauce.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling, pinch the edges tightly, and gently roll to seal.
  5. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each one.
  7. Lightly brush or spray the tops of the rolls with oil.
  8. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for seven to nine minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool briefly before serving.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the rolls to prevent cheese from leaking during cooking.
Seal the edges firmly for best results.
Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic sauce for dipping.
