Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup sparkling water or soda
  • 50 ml white rum

Method
 

  1. Blend diced mango and pineapple into a smooth puree or lightly blend for texture.
  2. Add mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar to a glass and gently muddle to release juices and oils.
  3. Add 3–4 tablespoons of mango pineapple puree into the glass.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Top with sparkling water or soda and stir gently.
  6. Add white rum if making the cocktail version.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves, mango slices, or pineapple wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe mango and pineapple for natural sweetness.
  • Do not over-muddle mint to avoid bitterness.
  • Adjust sweetness with honey or sugar based on fruit ripeness.
  • Coconut water or berries can be added for variation.
  • Best served chilled in a tall glass with fresh garnish.
