Method
- Blend diced mango and pineapple into a smooth puree or lightly blend for texture.
- Add mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar to a glass and gently muddle to release juices and oils.
- Add 3–4 tablespoons of mango pineapple puree into the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water or soda and stir gently.
- Add white rum if making the cocktail version.
- Garnish with mint leaves, mango slices, or pineapple wedges and serve immediately.
