Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices mini pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped bell peppers

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the mini pepperoni slices evenly on the prepared tray, leaving space between each slice.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over each pepperoni slice.
  4. Add a small dot of pizza sauce on each chip, then sprinkle with oregano, basil, garlic powder, and chili flakes if using.
  5. Lightly top with sliced olives or chopped bell peppers if desired.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for 2–3 minutes to crisp up, then transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
