Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  1. Add Greek yogurt, chia seeds, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir well for 30–45 seconds until the chia seeds are evenly mixed.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thick and pudding-like.
  5. Stir once more before serving and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Stir twice (right away and again after 5 minutes) to prevent chia clumps and get a smooth texture.
  • If it becomes too thick, add a splash of milk and stir before serving.
  • Use vanilla Greek yogurt for a sweeter flavor without extra sweetener.
  • Add toppings like berries, granola, nut butter, coconut flakes, or chocolate chips right before eating.
  • Store in the fridge for 4–5 days for easy meal prep.
