Method
- Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt, then mix well.
- Add the egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth.
- Microwave for about 60–90 seconds until set but slightly soft in the center.
- Let it cool for 1–2 minutes before serving.
