In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
Lay tortillas flat and add a layer of mozzarella cheese to each one.
Add the seasoned chicken evenly, then top with the remaining mozzarella.
Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
Lightly brush or spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil or cooking spray.
Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 7–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Let rest for 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
