Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (or sliced)
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
  2. Lay tortillas flat and add a layer of mozzarella cheese to each one.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken evenly, then top with the remaining mozzarella.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  5. Lightly brush or spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil or cooking spray.
  6. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 7–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Let rest for 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Roll the wraps tightly and cook seam-side down first so they stay sealed and crisp.
  • Avoid overfilling to prevent cheese from leaking out during cooking.
  • For a lighter option, use whole wheat tortillas and part-skim mozzarella.
  • Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes to bring back crispiness.
