  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Method

  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and let it simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

  • Sear steak on high heat for a flavorful crust.
  • Do not overcrowd the pan; cook steak in batches if needed.
  • Fresh garlic enhances flavor significantly.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
  • Optional additions: spinach, mushrooms, or sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Substitute steak with chicken or shrimp if desired.
  • Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
