Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter(melted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk well.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and spread batter evenly into the pan.
  5. Bake for 28–35 minutes until edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  6. Cool completely, then slice into squares and serve

Notes

  • Do not overbake if you want soft, fudgy brookies.
  • Let them cool fully before slicing for clean squares.
  • Store in an airtight container for 3–4 days.
