Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 pcs cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 3 pcs green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water

Method
 

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, water, and cornstarch.
  5. Pour the sauce into the pan with the beef and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Garnish with green onions and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
