Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mango juice or mango nectar
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup white rum or coconut rum
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon soda
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • ½ cup fresh mango slices
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine mango juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
  2. Add the white rum or coconut rum and stir well.
  3. Mix in lime juice and simple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
  4. Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
  5. Pour in sparkling water or lemon soda just before serving.
  6. Add fresh mango slices, pineapple chunks, and mint leaves.
  7. Stir gently and serve chilled.
