Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until fully done, then set aside.
  4. Melt butter in the skillet, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and milk, then mix in ranch seasoning and simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return pasta, chicken, and bacon to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
